Signature Wines and Wineries of Washington
of Structure Cellars' offerings. In the lux industrial surroundings
of the CELLAR, Brandee can often be found at the base of
the 20-foot long steel wine wall which holds 64 cases of wine,
and singing the praises of her favorite wine, the "Foundation"
Cabernet Franc. Eclectic chairs and a fireplace add an artsy vibe
to the space, while a room divider constructed of an aluminum
skeleton and 3,000 LED lights and covered in theater fabric,
creates an intimate glow, especially a night when the feature
can be seen from the front windows.
Brian chills in the BLUEPRINT tasting room, playing old school
hip-hop, introducing guests to his favorite—"Bauhaus" Syrah
(any Syrah really) —and waxing poetic about how he approaches
each wine. Large, soft gray couches invite you to have a seat,
and the walls crafted from deconstructed barrel staves, infuse
the back tasting room with a casual vibe. A 16-foot-tall painting,
"Grape Bones," painted by Brandee hangs on one wall, colorfully
depicts the beauty of the simple grape stem.

Label Wines, the White Label "Foundation" Wine Series, the Brown Label
"Structure+Terroir" single vineyard, 100 percent varietal, tribute to the
vineyard wines, and the elusive Graphite Labels - unique wines with a
production of only 30 cases per year.
