Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced entirely from the Walla Walla
Valley and offers a bouquet of black cherries and currants with
hints of thyme, rosemary, and saddle leather. The palate is full of
rich dark chocolate, crème de cassis, and black currants.
winemaker's insight
This vintage was fermented in oak tanks then aged for 22
months in 70% new French oak before resting in the bottle for
nine months prior to release. This wine can be consumed upon
release or aged for many years.
