TIERRA LABRADA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
gourmet pairings
Pairs well with the classic steak
au poivre with frites.
tasting notes
This wine is a concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon with blue-fruit
character that is true to the varietal. It has an opulent mid-palate
and a wonderfully smooth finish.
winemaker's insight
These vines are planted on the Estate Elevation Vineyard along
the North Fork of the Walla Walla River, the second highest
vineyard in the valley. It's so steep that most of it is terraced, and
so rocky that we need a jackhammer to get to the vines. We take
the utmost care crafting the wines, using the best French oak and
French winemaking techniques.
