Walla Walla Vintners would look like in the coming years. The
founders set their sights on finding someone who knew how to
enhance established companies to help them grow, as well as
someone who shared their passion for wine. That person was
Scott Haladay, who became an owner-partner in February 2017
and brought with him a 20-year career in technology, sales, and
marketing, including 10 years developing software for beverage
distributors.
With an eye to the future, Walla Walla Vintners maintains its
dedication to Old-World winemaking techniques under the
direction of their longtime winemaker, William vonMetzger.
In 2017, he oversaw the inaugural release of the Cut Bank
Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Vottavo, Walla
Walla Vintners' prized Super Tuscan-inspired blend, the latest
additions to the winery's legacy.
