restaurant, enhances the wine experience—staff members are

Lunch includes delectable options including the Duck Confit
Salad, a Smoked Gouda Burger, and the mouth-watering Pig
& Pickle—slow roasted pork, bacon, aioli, arugula, pickled
shishito peppers, blue cheese, and apple preserves on a toasted
baguette. At dinner, indulge in the PNW Wild Mushroom & Herb
Risotto, Snake River Wagyu Short Ribs, or Smoked Chicken
Mac 'N' Cheese. Brunch is held every Sunday. At the craft bar,
Fable, the bartenders serve signature and classic cocktails in
the sophisticated, yet rustic, atmosphere.
